At CPK we are specialists in producing precision boilermaking projects for different sectors. More than 19 years working in heavy, medium and lightweight boilermaking for different sectors backs the quality of every project we complete. We offer you the services of a professional team to manufacture your projects, whether they involve frames, columns, bedplates, mechanically welded brackets in carbon steel, or hoppers, tanks and pipes in stainless steel, among others.
The delivery of finished parts within the deadlines agreed to and the precision of their finish are basic pillars of our work philosophy. We produce work in both carbon and stainless steel (AISI-304, AISI-316, etc.), and in aluminium.
Calderería CPK has a professional, approved work team and CESOL-certified welding inspectors with sufficient experience to produce any kind of welding project, offering the customer a high quality product.
At CPK we produce welding processes with semi-automatic MIG-MAG, with TIG (GTAW) and electrode (SMAW) depending on the materials we are working with. An approved and professional team of welders studies each case, proceeding to apply the appropriate weld with full guarantees.
We are also qualified to provide special welding solutions, such as hardfacing or wear-resistant.
We have approved procedures pursuant to ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX for carbon steel and stainless steel materials (S355J2+N, AISI 316).
Our quality department makes internal Visual Inspections. PT (Penetrant Liquid), MT (Magnetic Particles), UT (Ultrasonic) and RT (Radiographic) inspections are subcontracted to approved companies.
Our capacity to adapt to every job is key for offering you a completely customised boilermaking service. In addition to boilermaking, we provide an integral service including all aspects, from purchase of the raw material to management of the subcontracting of outsourced processes where necessary.
With the objective of delivering the fully finished part to the customer, we collaborate with approved companies for the carrying out of additional processes such as machining and heat or surface treatments (zinc-plating, galvanising, bluing, blasting, pickling and passivating, etc.).
